Michael Feiner, Esq., the Founder of Feiner & Lavy, P.C., was an authority in Immigration Law for over 30 years, a highly respected attorney in the legal community and a former Chairman of the New York AILA Chapter. Having received his L.L.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel in 1965, he was admitted to the New York Bar in 1976 and focused exclusively on immigration law. By successfully representing countless individuals and corporations to obtain immigrant visas, green cards and nonimmigrant visas, Mr. Feiner set the high standards which are now the benchmark of our firm.

Mr. Feiner first began practicing law in Israel in 1965. Since then he has successfully represented high-tech companies and their employees, artists, researchers and other individuals in their immigration matters and aggressively defended immigrants in deportation and removal proceedings. Mr. Feiner was a member of American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has served as the Chairman of the New York AILA Chapter.
