The Visa Bulletin for the Family Based Sponsored Preferences include the following:
* First Preference Relative Petition - Unmarried Sons and Daughters of Citizens.
* Second Preference Relative Petition 2A - Spouses and Children Permanent Resident.
* Second Preference Relative Petition 2B - Unmarried Sons and Daughters of Permanent Resident.
* Third Preference Relative Petition - Married Sons and Daughters of Citizens.
* Fourth Preferences Relative Petition - Brothers and Sisters of Adult US Citizens.

The Visa Bulletin for the Employment Based Sponsored Preferences include the following:
* Employment Based First Preference EB-1 - Alien with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics,
Outstanding Professors and Researchers and Multinational Executives and Managers.
* Employment Based Second Preference EB-2 - Members of Profession Holding Advance Degrees OR Aliens of Exceptional Ability.
* Employment Based Third Preference EB-3 - Professionals holding at least a Baccalaureate (Bachelor) degree or a degree from foreign university equivalent to a US degree and person who is a member of the professions, Skilled Workers with a full-time permanent job, which requires a at least 2 years training or work experience.
* Employment Based Other Workers Preference - foreign nationals with less than two years of training and work experience.
* Employment Based Fourth Preference EB-4 -  Person that seek reacquisition of citizenship and returning residents, Religious Workers, U.S. employee abroad or employee of American Institute in Taiwan for 15 years,  Panama Canal Treaty employees and their spouses and children, certain Foreign Medical Graduates who entered the US on H or J visa, certain Commuters from border, certain G-4 employees who has retired, certain Court Dependents, Person who served honorably for 12 years in Armed Services on active duty, NATO civilian employees, Broadcasters for the Bureau of the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), Translators working with the US Armed Forces, and Iraqis who provide faithful and valuable service to US.
* Employment Based Fourth Preference EB-5 - Investors, also known as Employment Creators who invest at least one million dollar in the US (or $500,000 in certain cases).
